Perched above Firetender Stone-Oven Cooking + Bar at Hotel Manteo is the Embers Room, a private, event space with a wonderfully moody, contemporary feel. The space’s dark walls, luxurious furnishings and fine design details make the perfect setting for elevated events such as rehearsal dinners, corporate events, private dinners and intimate celebrations. Embers can hold up to 60 people for seated or standing events, with staff to attend to your every need. Firetender’s chefs provide onsite catering with an impressive array of menu offerings, fine wines, Weeping Radish beers, craft cocktails and zero-proof mocktails.
