Come enjoy our lovely Roanoke Island accommodation in Manteo, North Carolina. Cameron House Next Door is the second generation of the popular Cameron House Inn that served guests for more than 20 years. That building is being turned into the private home of the owners' (Michael and Beth) daughter and her family. But two rooms will eventually hop right next door to the large white house. Currently, the Sandpiper room is the only one being rented, but we expect to have the other one available by Spring of 2022.
The rooms look very much like the ones from the inn since most of the furniture and carpets are simply changing location. If you've stayed with us before, you'll recognize a similar ambiance. And if you've stayed in the Sandpiper, you'll find the room now offers a coffee maker and a mini-fridge. And don't forget that lovely screened-in breezeway with the fireplace that's just for you when staying in this room. The other room is downstairs in the main house and features a private living room with a fireplace, cozy sofas and a large front porch with rocking chairs.
